How not to bulk email!

Dear All, my sincere apologies for my email error regarding Speed League Regs that I've sent out to the entire club. I've never bulk emailed before and so didn't realise that one shouldn't use "cc".
If I've caused anyone unwanted spam I'm sorry, it was not my intention to do this.
I have already been reprimanded by several members - quite rightly! And there's probably more to come.

blind carbon copy (bcc) would be the preferred option for the list of club members with only a speed league email address in the 'To' field.

That being said it is infinitely better to have communication of this type rather than the no communication!
