7Oaks Speed League—Results

So we are going into the last event of the Speed League being run at Lydden on 18th October, the results up to that event are published on page 7 of Acorn, this month. Andy Webber is looking good to take the crown for 2006, followed by Ian Crocker and Gareth Richardson taking the next two places. Darren Russell has made a very creditable 4th place in his first “full” year.

Dropped scores will be deducted off when the finals are posted, also if any one has any problems or have qualified but it does not show on the score sheet, they need to contact me as soon as possible so that we can get results as up to date as we can before the provisionals are posted.

The next club night on Wednesday 15th November, will be the Speed League evening, held at The Chequers, Heaverham. Can competitors please bring along any photos to share or videos to show, as I will not be doing a long talk this year just a calendar preview and comments on Regs (Anyone not able to attend can email me prior to the meeting, with any comments or suggestions they wish to make). It will be a more informal evening for a chat and a chance to tell tall tales of daring does and near misses, and talk over plans for next year.
