This meeting is something that we as a club are required to hold, but it also a chance for the members to come and listen to forthcoming plans and put forward any questions you may have for the committee.

    The Committee resigns as required, but is pre pared to stand again with the exception of Colin Rodger, Chairman and Neil Brooks-Johnson, Treasurer.

    Nominations for new members are wel-comed, especially for the post of Social Secretary.

The committee reserve the right to change the Agenda on the night, if there are any other matters arising in the meantime.
