2. What or who inspired you to get into motor sport?...Rally stories from Trevor Dagwell, about him and Jim Bates competing in Belgium in a RS1600 mk1………………………….………

3. What was your first competition car and why did you choose it?..MGB. Because It was my road car, so there was no extra expense  of buying a competition car…………………………..….

Brief history to present day..1988 MGB(Sprints), 1989 Hillman Imp /Vauxhall Nova SR(Sprints) 1990 Vauxhall Nova SR(Sprints and a few races) 1991 Suzuki Swift GTI, Toyo tyres super saloons , 1992 Suzuki Swift a few sprints, 1995 Samba Rallye, Toyo tyres saloons and a few sprints, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999 Mazda 323 Rallye started with sprints then race series at Lydden, then 98, 99   tarmac rallies. All cars have been driven to and from all meetings………………………………………………..……

5. Most extravagant bit of kit for your comp. Car..5th injector system…………………………………………………………………...……..

6. Did it work!...Not really………………………………………………

7. Favourite venue/track/hillclimb and why?…Donnington because it is so fast

with spot on corners. Pestalottzzi because I can beat cars with almost double the power……………………………………………………….

8. Worst venue/track/hillclimb and why?..Curborough because it is in Birmingham and the track is a bit Mickey mouse………………………………………………………………….………..

9. Worst/Most expensive accident...1991 Castle Combe Toyo Tyres saloon race, heavy frontal damage £1000 approximately………………………………………………………………..………..
