Hello, my name is Paul Cook and my grandfather, Ron Ambrose, a former member of your club, asked me to pass on the following message:
 
Greetings from Australia.  I was a member of the Sevenoaks and District Motor Club in the late 1950s and early 1960s and wrote several articles for The Acorn under my own name and also under my pen name of I. Haverford.  I represented the Club on numerous restricted rallies driving my Ford Allardette and was navigated at various times by John King, Reg Exon and Tony Straker.  Other contemporaries were David Segal Morris, Stephen Cliptson, Mike Amos and Brian Stevens.  If any of these or any other members of my era are still around and remember me, I would be pleased to hear from them.
