Thank you all for entering the December round of the Weald 12 Car Series. For the 12 crews and 7 sets of marshals it was an eventful night and from the comments enjoyable for all.

The route was made memorable by the organiser (me) putting expert navigation route into novice envelopes for one section; the experts had the novice route between TCs 4 to 5.

We decided to omit all penalties between TCs 4 to 5 for the novices, whilst keeping them for the experts, who should have cleaned this section! So this gives a result for each section and an overall result. PC 5 went missing before the crew arrived and is omitted.

So congratulations to Novice crew Chelmsford’s Matthew Endean & Neil Allsop car 5, and Expert crew Jenny & Paul Gibbs car 10.

Many thanks again to all the marshals, whom we couldn't run the event without and also the entrants. The next event is on January 13^th and run by our friends from Croydon MC.
