BLACK BOXES
Car manufacturers have installed black boxes in four-wheel drive vehicles
and pick-up trucks in an effort to determine, in fatal accidents, the circumstances
in the last 15 seconds before the crash. They were surprised to find that
in most countries the last words of drivers in 61.2 percent of fatal crashes
were translated as, "Oh, Sh*t!"
Only Australia was different, where 89.3 percent of the final words
were: "Hold my beer and watch this!"

| ‘TIS THE SEASON TO BE JOLLY…OR STUPID!
31 Brits have died since 1996 by watering their Christmas tree while
the fairy lights were plugged in.
19 Brits have died in the last 3 years choking on what they believed
to be Christmas decorations were that were chocolate.
British Hospitals reported 4 broken arms last year after cracker pulling
accidents.
Since 1997,101 people have had to have broken parts of plastic toys
pulled out of the soles of their feet.
5 Brits were injured last year in accidents involving out of control
Scalectrix cars.
18 Brits received serious burns in 1998 while trying on a new jumper
with a lighted a cigarette in their mouth.
142 Brits were injured in 1998 by not removing all pins from new shirts.
Last but not least...In 1997 eight Brits cracked their skull whilst
throwing up into the toilet.
