The committee decided that two monthly mugs would be awarded for July as two club members had outstanding performances.
First our Chairman Colin Rodger for his superb result at the Sports 2000 Festival at Brands, as you have read above, he took pole for his first heat, then after taking pole again won the final race.
Our second recipient of a monthly mug is Ric Lee.  This is for his bravery in putting in an 86.86 practice lap at Goodwood in his 6R4.  Although he couldn’t quite match that in the timed runs, he still managed to come first overall in his March and 2nd overall in the 6R4.  Quite an achievement.
Well done guys.  The mugs will catch up with you sometime, somewhere.
